WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

All products offered by Elef Jewelry are made of 14K gold and/or precious metals.
Therefore, unlike standard e-commerce items, these products have commodity characteristics and their value may fluctuate with market conditions.

The price confirmed at the time of the order is the final and fixed sale price.

2. PRODUCT WARRANTY

Elef Jewelry guarantees that all products offered for sale:

• Match their declared gold purity
• Have been inspected for manufacturing defects
• Have been prepared according to the order

These conditions are guaranteed.

The warranty does not cover:

• Wear and deformation from use
• Damage caused by impact, dropping or collision
• Contact with chemicals (perfume, creams, detergents, etc.)
• Chain breakage due to use

3. CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS

The following products are considered custom-made items :

• Products made to custom measurements
• Products engraved with names, initials or dates
• Products with stone settings or designs specified by the customer

For these products:

• Returns are not accepted
• Exchanges are not available
• Orders cannot be canceled

An order becomes binding once the production process begins.

4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

For products that are not custom-made:

• Starting from the delivery date, the right of withdrawal may be exercised within 14 days subject to the applicable conditions
• The product must be unused and undamaged to qualify

5. RETURN CONDITIONS

Returned products must include:

• Original box and packaging
• Invoice
• Certificate (if provided)
• An unused product

Returns cannot be accepted for incomplete or damaged products.

6. CALCULATING REFUNDS

Due to the commodity nature of gold and jewelry:

• The refund amount is calculated using the gold rate on the order date as the reference
• Production and labor costs are non-refundable
• Bank and payment processor fees may be deducted

7. SHIPPING AND RESPONSIBILITY

Orders:

• Depending on stock availability Within 2–5 business days Are dispatched
• Are shipped with insurance

Upon receiving your order:

We recommend inspecting the parcel in the courier's presence

Damage occurring after delivery is the customer's responsibility.

8. WEIGHT AND COLOR VARIATIONS

• Products may have a weight tolerance of ±3%
• Color may vary slightly from product images due to lighting and screen differences

Such variations are not considered product defects.

9. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

• Shipping, customs duties and taxes are the BUYER'S responsibility
• Elef Jewelry is not responsible for customs-related delays

10. LEGAL BASIS

These terms have been prepared in accordance with:

• Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502
• Distance Selling Regulation

and related legal provisions.
