Warranty and Return Conditions

WARRANTY & RETURN CONDITIONS

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

All products offered by Elef Jewelry are made of 14-karat gold and/or precious metals.

Therefore, unlike standard e-commerce products, these items have commodity characteristics and may fluctuate in value depending on market conditions.

The price generated at the time of order is the final and fixed sales price for the product.

2. PRODUCT WARRANTY

Elef Jewelry guarantees that all products offered for sale:

  • Comply with the stated karat/purity information
  • Have been inspected against manufacturing defects
  • Are prepared in accordance with the order

The following cases are excluded from the warranty coverage:

  • Deformations caused by use
  • Damage caused by impact, dropping, or external force
  • Contact with chemicals such as perfume, cream, detergent, etc.
  • Chain breakage caused by use

3. CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS

The following products are considered custom-made:

  • Products prepared in a special size
  • Products engraved with a name, letter, or date
  • Products where the stone arrangement or design is determined according to the customer’s request

For these products:

  • Returns are not accepted
  • Exchanges are not accepted
  • Order cancellation is not possible

Once the product enters the production process, the order becomes binding.

4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

For products that are not within the scope of custom-made production:

  • The right of withdrawal may be exercised within 14 days from the delivery date
  • The product must be unused and undamaged

5. RETURN CONDITIONS

The following conditions are mandatory for returned products:

  • Original box and packaging
  • Invoice
  • Certificate, if applicable
  • The product must be unused

Returns will not be accepted for products that are incomplete or damaged.

6. RETURN AMOUNT CALCULATION

Due to the commodity nature of gold and jewelry products:

  • The refund amount is calculated based on the gold exchange rate on the order date
  • Production and craftsmanship costs are non-refundable
  • Bank and payment provider commissions may be deducted

7. DELIVERY AND LIABILITY

Orders are:

  • Shipped within 2–5 business days depending on stock availability
  • Sent via insured cargo/shipping

When receiving the product:

  • It is recommended to inspect the package in the presence of the courier

Any damage occurring after delivery is the responsibility of the user.

8. WEIGHT AND COLOR DIFFERENCES

  • A weight tolerance of ±3% may occur in products
  • Tone differences may occur between product images and the actual product due to lighting and screen settings

These differences are not considered defective goods.

9. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • Shipping, customs, and tax costs are the responsibility of the BUYER
  • Elef Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures
